Terms and Conditions

We ask for 50% of the cost of hire when you make a booking, this enables us to reserve the bunting for you. We will contact you one month before your event to request the balance. A standard £150 deposit will be required at the same time as the final payment. When bunting is returned to us it is inspected, if no damage or loss has occurred we will post the cheque back to you. This cheque will only be cashed if the bunting is returned to us in such a condition that it requires repair or specialist cleaning. We will always inform you when payment is received. At this time payment can be made either by cheque or direct bank transfer.

Cancellations/Late Returns

If you cancel your booking we regret that we can only return your deposit if we are able to re-hire the bunting. If the bunting is returned to us after the agreed date we reserve the right to retain your deposit as this may have an impact on subsequent bookings. If you require the bunting for a longer period of hire please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to agree to an extension but we will always do our best.

Condition Check of Bunting

All bunting is carefully laundered, pressed and inspected to ensure you are completely happy when it arrives. We advise that, upon delivery, you also check the bunting. In the unlikely event that you find a problem please contact us as soon as you can, ideally the day it is delivered. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility or liability for damage or loss of bunting when correspondence is received later than the delivery day. Any costs arising thereafter will be deducted from your deposit.

If the bunting is stained, ripped or damaged in any way please let us know as soon as you can. We ask that you do not attempt repairs yourself. If the bunting requires specialist cleaning or repair work by us we reserve the right to retain part or all of your deposit.

Please ensure that the bunting is installed and removed safely and without risk to you or others. Please note, the bunting should only be used for the purpose for which it is supplied.

Proof of Posting

We ask that you request proof of posting from the Post Office when sending any form of payment and when returning the bunting.

Privacy Policy

Belle and the Bunting will never disclose your personal information to third parties other than for the purposes of delivery or unless you have requested we contact someone on your behalf.
